As 2024 draws to a close, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on an incredible year for Excel Water Ltd. It has been a year of growth, exciting milestones, and new beginnings. Here’s a look back at what we’ve accomplished together.

Team Highlights

We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming several new members to the Excel Water family:

• Ellie joined in January as a Business Administration Apprentice, quickly becoming essential to our operations.
• David brought fresh energy as Marketing and Communications Manager, spearheading our CHEM UK 2024 presence.
• John joined the engineering team in June, bringing enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge.
• Kyle and Sam became part of our growing engineering team, and we’re excited for their bright futures.
• Poppy began her Engineering Apprenticeship in September, representing the next generation of talent.

Additionally, congratulations to Ryan (Design and Projects Manager) on the birth of his adorable baby girl!

CHEM UK 2024: A Major Success

One of our biggest highlights was exhibiting at CHEM UK 2024 at the NEC. Our stand, hosted by David, Emma, Josh, Ryan, Rob, and Poppy, attracted a fantastic crowd, showcasing the expertise and passion that define Excel Water.

We’ve already booked a bigger stand for next year so expect more displays, more new faces, and yes, even more merch.

Innovation & Service Updates

• Service Contracts: Including over-the-phone technical support, loyalty discounts, and a price freeze for the duration of the contract.
• New Ways to Payment Options: Online card payments and direct debits for ease and flexibility.
• Product Innovation: Introducing the Mapress steel pipework RO plant option and new, sleek black-and-white skids.

Celebrating Success

We were honoured to attend the Connect Yorkshire Business Awards, where we won Family Business 2024 and celebrated Emma’s nomination as Inspirational Leader of the Year.
